The Town Council shall have the authority to
name streets in the Town of East Hampton, provided any proposed naming
of any streets shall not be considered at any meeting of the Town
Council unless notice thereof and of the time and place of such meeting
has been published in a newspaper having a substantial circulation
in the Town of East Hampton.
