It is unlawful for any person within the corporate
limits, jurisdiction or control of the Town to impersonate or falsely
present themselves as a law enforcement officer. Upon conviction,
such person is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly.

It is unlawful for anyone to attempt to or assist
or aid any person under arrest, confined or incarcerated in a jail
or other place of detention to escape from the custody of law enforcement
officers or place of detention. Upon conviction, such person is guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly.

Whoever introduces or attempts to deliver or pass articles into
the jail without the permission of the person in charge, upon conviction,
is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly.

Any person who willfully and intentionally breaks down, pulls down or otherwise destroys, injures, defaces or marks on, in whole or in part, any public jail, or other place of lawful confinement within the Town, is guilty of injuring a public jail, a misdemeanor. Such person violating this section may be made to pay the cost of repairing such injury or damage to the jail or place of confinement as may have been done thereto by such unlawful act, to which may be added a fine as provided in §
328-40.

Any person who attempts to, or obstructs, interferes
with, hinders or resists a law enforcement officer in the performance
of his duties within the corporate limits, control or jurisdiction
of the Town, upon conviction, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall
be punished accordingly.

Any person who fails or refuses when so requested
by a law enforcement officer to render prompt aid or to assist an
officer in the execution of his duties within the corporate limits,
control or jurisdiction of the Town is guilty of a misdemeanor and
shall be punished accordingly.

Any person who furnishes or gives false or misleading
information to a law enforcement officer in the performance of his
duties, knowing the same to be false or misleading, upon conviction,
is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to
hinder or obstruct the construction or repairing of any pavement,
curb, sidewalk or crosswalk which is or may be in the course of construction
pursuant to any ordinance, resolution or order of the Town Council,
or to interfere with, hinder or obstruct any person employed or retained
by the Town to execute the directions of the Town Council or obstruct
them in the performance of their duties.

It is unlawful for any person to knowingly or
wilfully give or make, or cause to be given or made, a false alarm
of fire.
