The Public Utilities Commission shall consist of five members.
The Public Utilities Commission shall determine and fix rates and charges for all public utilities operated by the City of Breckenridge, including water, sanitary sewer and electricity, and make regulations for the collection thereof, pursuant to the provisions of § C7-5C(5) and (6) of the Charter of the City of Breckenridge. All regulations now in effect, as of the date of this chapter, shall continue to be in effect until changed by the Public Utilities Commission.[1]
