A.
No person shall drain, or permit to be drained, into
any public sewer or into any private drain or sewer leading into or
connected with the municipal sewer system of the City of Breckenridge
any gasoline, kerosene, crank case oil or other oils or petroleum
products, whether in the original state or mixed with water or other
dilutions, or any poultry feathers or other substances of which bird
feathers shall form a part, or any ashes, clinkers or other insoluble
or harmful sanitary wastes.
B.
Any person operating any establishment which produces
such wastes shall immediately provide and install and maintain at
all times in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition suitable
and adequate screens and other equipment to separate such wastes so
that no part thereof shall drain into the sewer system. The failure
to install and maintain such screens or other equipment, as is herein
directed to be installed and maintained, shall constitute a violation
of this chapter.

No person shall connect or cause or permit to
be connected with any sanitary sewer pipe or drain, or any sanitary
sewer system of the City of Breckenridge, rainspouts or roof or eave
drains of a building or structure, sump pumps or drain tile, or in
any other manner cause surface waters or groundwaters to be drained
into the sanitary sewer pipes or drains of the sanitary sewer system
of the City of Breckenridge.
Human excreta shall be deposited and disposed
of only in the sanitary sewer system of the city in the manner approved
by the Building Inspector or the Board of Health.
