No person shall burn, or cause to be burned, any leaves, grass, waste
paper, wood or other combustible material within the borough without obtaining
a permit in accordance with the fire protection code.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a summons in the Municipal Court and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine in accordance with § 1-17, General penalty, for each separate violation of this chapter.
