This chapter shall be known and it may be cited
as the "Cooperative Pricing Ordinance of the County of Atlantic."
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5),
the County Executive of the County of Atlantic is hereby authorized
to enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement with any municipality
within the County of Atlantic or adjoining counties for the purchase
of work, materials and supplies.
The lead agency leading into contracts with any municipalities or counties as specified in § 17-2 hereof shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
