As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL OF ATLANTIC COUNTY GOVERNMENT
Includes all elected County officials, department heads, division directors and other key management personnel as identified by County administration.
Management personnel shall attend annual mandatory courses in areas relating to government ethics and human resource training. Training courses shall be arranged by the Atlantic County Division of Human Resources in consultation with recognized experts in the various disciplines.
