GENERAL REFERENCES
Cooperative pricing — See Ch. 17.
The County Purchasing Agent, under the supervision
of the County Executive shall be and he or she is hereby authorized
to purchase and/or contract to purchase from the State of New Jersey
such items that appear on the state approved contract list without
competitive bidding, provided that the items to be purchased have
been line items in the county budget approved by the Board of County
Commissioners for the year in which the purchase is made.
