The use of any of the bridges listed below for loitering, fishing, crabbing, swimming, diving and any activity other than the crossing of said bridges by pedestrians or vehicular traffic is hereby prohibited.

Fishing is allowed on the Longport Bridge between October 1 and April 30 of any given year from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; provided, however, that fishermen will not block the pedestrian pathway and also agree to clean up any and all debris before they leave the bridge.
No vehicle, including automobiles, motorcycles or bicycles, shall be parked upon the bridges listed in § 99-1.
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above prohibition.
This Article shall be enforceable by any local or state police officer.
Anyone convicted by a court of competent jurisdiction of violating this chapter shall be liable to a penalty not to exceed a fine of $100.
