There shall be submitted to the Clerk of the
Planning Board with each application, in order to defray the costs
of reviewing said application, the following fees:
A. For each minor site plan to be reviewed by the Planning
Board of the borough, a filing fee of $300 per application.
B. For each major site plan to be reviewed by the Planning
Board of the borough:
(1) Preliminary approval: $1,000.
C. For each minor subdivision application to be reviewed
by the Planning Board of the borough, a filing fee of $300.
D. For each major subdivision application to be reviewed
by the Planning Board of the borough:
(1) Preliminary approval: $500 for up to four lots and
an additional $100 for each additional lot over four lots.
(2) Final approval: $300 for up to four lots and an additional
$100 for each additional lot over four lots.
(3) The applicant shall also be required to pay the engineering
fees incurred by the Planning Board for the review of a major subdivision
application.
E. For each variance application to be reviewed by the
Planning Board of the borough, a filing fee of $200.
F. There shall be no additional fee for combined applications;
provided, however, that should a combined application include a major
subdivision, then the fees charged for the major subdivision shall
be the fees paid to the Planning Board regardless of the other applications,
including, but not limited to, variance or site plan applications.
G. Any applicant who for any reason is compelled to hold
over an action on an application shall pay an additional fee as follows:
(1) Seventy-five dollars for each minor site plan and/or
minor subdivision application.
(2) One hundred fifty dollars for each major site plan
and/or major subdivision application.
(3) Seventy-five dollars for each application for a variance.

There shall be submitted to the Clerk of the
Zoning Board with each application, in order to defray the costs of
reviewing said application, the following fees:
A. For a variance application to be reviewed by the Zoning
Board of the borough, a filing fee of $200 per application.
B. Except as hereinabove provided in Subsection
A, should any other application be made to the Zoning Board, the application fees listed in §
21-44 shall also apply to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
C. Any applicant who for any reason is compelled to hold over an action on an application shall pay an additional fee imposed as set forth in §
21-44G. The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall have the discretion to waive the holdover fee.

The following fees are hereby established as required by Chapter
215, Zoning, of the Code of the Borough of Barnegat Light:
B. Zoning permit fees pursuant to §
215-16:
(1) Residential single-family dwelling, new construction: $250.
(2) Residential duplex, new construction: $300.
(3) Residential, single-family dwelling and duplex, expansion of dwelling
by alteration or addition to existing structure: $150.
(4) Business, marine commercial and multifamily structures, new construction:
$300.
(5) Business, marine commercial and multifamily structures, expansion
of structures by alteration or addition to existing structures: $200.
(6) Any accessory building: $100.
(7) Addition or alteration of impervious coverage surface: $75.

Minor work (includes pergolas, platforms, etc.): $30.
C. Certificates of zoning occupancy pursuant to §
215-17:
(1) For single-family dwelling: $75.
(2) For residential duplex, multifamily dwelling, business and marine
commercial structures: $150.
D. Fences. The permit fee for the construction of a fence shall be $0.10
per linear foot of fence; provided, however, that the minimum fee
is $30.
