The Mayor and Council of the Borough have determined
that the Barnegat Light Planning Board is in need of professional
legal and engineering services.
There are hereby created the positions of Planning
Board Attorney and Engineer for the Borough.
The Planning Board Attorney and Engineer shall
be appointed by resolution of the Planning Board.
The term of office of the Planning Board Attorney
and Engineer shall be for one year commencing on January 1 of each
year and terminating on December 31 of each year.
