Borough of Barnegat Light, NJ Article IV Recycling Coordinator

§ 32-13 Creation of position.

There is hereby created the position of Recycling Coordinator for the Borough of Barnegat Light.

§ 32-14 Appointment; term of office.

The Recycling Coordinator shall be appointed by the Borough Council and shall serve at the pleasure of Council.

§ 32-15 Powers and duties.

The Recycling Coordinator shall establish and promulgate reasonable regulations detailing the manner, days and times for the collection of recyclable materials as designated in Chapter 164, Solid Waste, Article I, Recycling.
