There is hereby created the office of the Municipal
Clerk for the Borough of Barnegat Light.
The Municipal Clerk shall be appointed by the
Borough Council and shall serve a term of three years as provided
by N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133.
The Municipal Clerk shall serve as the Clerk
of the Council, shall maintain the records and minutes of the Council
and perform such functions as may be required by law.
