A. 
Brush fires prohibited. No brush fire shall be permitted in the borough at any time.

B. 
Beach or camp fires on bay front prohibited. No beach or camp fire shall be permitted on the bay front lands in the borough at any time.
C. 
Beach or camp fires on oceanfront prohibited. No beach or camp fire shall be permitted on oceanfront property in the borough at any time.

The burning of rubbish, trash or disposable materials is hereby prohibited.
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-15.
