Borough of Barnegat Light, NJ Chapter 82 Drug-Free Zones

Article I Drug-Free Parks and Buildings Zones

[Adopted 7-15-1998 by Ord. No. 98-11]

§ 82-1 Adoption of map.

The Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Barnegat Light do hereby approve and adopt the April 1998 Drug Free Zones Map of the Borough Engineers, Remington, Vernick and Vena, Engineers, a copy of which is attached hereto and is incorporated herein by reference, as areas within 500 feet of public parks and buildings for the purposes of prosecutions pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1.

§ 82-2 Findings of fact.

That the Borough of Barnegat Light further adopts the findings of fact as set forth in this article.

§ 82-3 Original on file; distribution of copies.

That the original of this article and attached map shall be maintained on file in the Office of the Borough Clerk, and certified copies thereof shall be forwarded to the office of the Ocean County Prosecutor.
