Hereafter, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to maintain in this Borough any land for the purpose of a public or private dump or for the disposal of garbage, offal, kitchen wastes, trash or any form of waste material.
Hereafter, it shall be unlawful for any person to dump garbage, offal, kitchen wastes, trash or any form of waste material upon any lands in the Borough of Beach Haven.
