§ 179-21 Subdivision in the Historic Preservation Zone and of historic landmarks.

No subdivision of any parcel of land in individual ownership shall be permitted in the Historic Preservation Zone nor of any land designated as an historic landmark by the Council of the Borough of Beach Haven without the approval of the Historic Preservation Advisory Commission of the Borough of Beach Haven sought and obtained pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 41 of the Code of the Borough of Beach Haven.
