of the Borough of Berlin be and the same are hereby fixed, effective
January 1, 2010, as follows:

Each member of the Police Department shall be paid
overtime wages in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This article shall take effect immediately after
final passage and publication as provided by law, and the salary schedule
shall continue in effect, beginning as of January 1, 1989, unless
and until otherwise provided.
