A. 
No person shall be on any of the below-listed properties owned by the Borough of Branchville between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. prevailing time:

(1) 
Block 203, Lot 1, Struck Park, formerly Hopkins Park, adjoining Wantage Avenue and New Street.
(2) 
Block 201, Lot 21, Roe Park (includes ball field and tennis courts), 3.53 acres adjoining Maple Avenue and Railroad Avenue.
(3) 
Block 204, Lot 8, municipal garage property, 2.10 acres adjoining New Street and Wantage Avenue.
(4) 
Block 201, Lot 12, 34 Wantage Avenue, Borough Hall.
(5) 
Block 701, Lot 1, Corner of Foxhill Road and Second Street.
B. 
Any person who is on the above-described properties during the aforesaid hours shall be liable for the penalty and/or subject to imprisonment as provided in this chapter. Any person who continues to remain upon any of the above-described properties during the aforesaid hours, after having received a warning from a local law enforcement official to leave the properties, shall be liable for double the penalty and/or subject to double imprisonment as provided in this chapter.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any person who has received prior written approval from the Borough Council of the Borough of Branchville for the use of the public properties during the hours restricted in this chapter.

Every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter, or any supplement thereto, shall be subject to the penalties provided by § 1-15 of this Code.
