The fee for a plenary retail consumption license shall be as set forth in Chapter 94, Fees.

The fee for a plenary retail distribution license shall be such sum as provided for in Chapter 94, Fees; provided, however, that such license shall not permit the sale of alcoholic beverages in and upon any premises in which any other mercantile business is carried on except the sale of such mercantile items as cigarettes and items used in the mixing or blending of alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption, so that cigarettes and all items customarily used for off-premises mixing and blending of alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption, such as cocktail olives, cocktail onions, cocktail cherries, sundry cocktail mixes and carbonated beverages and preparations and blenders, Grenadine syrups, bitters, lime and other fruit juices and similar ingredients used in such mixing and blending, may be sold at retail by plenary retail distribution licenses.

The fee for a club license shall be as provided for in Chapter 94, Fees.
