Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:47-6.8 and N.J.S.A. 5:8-58, it shall be lawful
for bona fide organizations to engage in holding, operating and conducting
games of chance known as "raffles" on Sunday in the Township of Bridgewater.

The license for a game of chance shall be issued on an organization-by-organization
basis by resolution of the Township Council. The issuance of a license by
resolution of the Township Council shall authorize the licensee to hold, operate
or conduct a game of chance on Monday through Sunday.
