[Amended 3-16-2000 by Ord. No. 3-2000]
The Parks and Recreation Commission, consisting
of 15 members, shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of City
Council. The respective terms of the members first appointed shall
be one, two and three years from and after appointment, and their
successors shall be appointed for a term of three years from and after
the expiration of the term of their predecessors in office, except
in the case of a vacancy, other than expiration of term of office,
where the appointment shall be for the balance of the unexpired term.
