Members of the police force constituting the Police Department of the
City of Auburn shall reside within the corporate limits of the County of Cayuga
and within a radius of 10 miles from the corporate limits of the City of Auburn.
This requirement shall not apply to members specified in Public Officers Law
§ 30, Subdivision 4, Paragraphs (1) and (2).
