§ 87-1 Deposit or storage prohibited.

The deposit or storage of radioactive material within the Town of Barton is hereby prohibited.

§ 87-2 Definitions. [1]

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL

Any material in any form that emits ionizing radiation spontaneously.

§ 87-3 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person, persons, firm or corporation convicted of violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a period of not more than one year, or both such fine and imprisonment.
