Thirty miles per hour is hereby established
as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways
within the corporate limits of this City, except when otherwise provided
in this article or by the New York State Department of Transportation.

Fifteen miles per hour is hereby established
as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed in school speed
zones as hereinafter stated which will apply during the following
hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; except on those days when school is
not in session. The school speed zones are that portion of the highways
as hereinafter stated running from the building line of the respective
school abutting on the highways indicated.
