The offices of Village Clerk, Deputy Village
Clerk, Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Superintendent of Buildings, Deputy
Superintendent of Buildings, Code Enforcement Officer and Acting Village
Justice may be filled by a person or persons who are not residents
of the Village; provided, however, that any such person is and remains
a resident of the County of Nassau during the time such person holds
any such office.
