An Ambulance District be and it hereby is established for all those
persons who reside within Town boundaries and as those boundaries may from
time to time be officially amended.
The costs of operation of an ambulance squad, including necessary improvements,
acquisition of equipment, maintenance of present equipment, building rental
and insurance, shall be financed by a special ad-valorem tax assessment on
the real property situated within said district.
The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified
copy of this chapter, in duplicate, in the office of the State Department
of Audit and Control at Albany, New York, and to record a certified copy of
this order in the office of the Albany County Clerk within 10 days of the
adoption of this chapter.
