§ 35-1Board of Trustees to designate.
§ 35-2Choice of newspaper.
§ 35-3Designation for particular purpose.
The Board of Trustees shall, from time to time, but no less often than annually, designate a newspaper or newspapers as the official paper or papers of the Village of Blasdell.
If only one paper is continuously published in the Village of Blasdell, such paper shall be designated the official paper.
If no newspaper is regularly or continuously published in the Village of Blasdell, any other newspaper published in the County of Erie and regularly circulated in the Village of Blasdell may be designated the official paper.
If no official paper has been designated, the designation of a particular newspaper to publish a specific notice, resolution, local law or other matter requiring publication shall be deemed a designation of such paper as the official paper of the Village of Blasdell for the publication of such notice, resolution, local law or other matter requiring publication.
