Compensation. 

Pursuant to Article 12-A of the General Municipal Law, the Village Board of the Village of Blasdell desires to create and there is hereby created a commission to be known as the "Village Planning Commission of the Village of Blasdell," consisting of seven members.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Blasdell shall appoint such Commissioners.

The first appointment of Commissioners shall be for terms as follows: three Commissioners shall be appointed for terms of three years each; two Commissioners shall be appointed for terms of two years each; and two Commissioners shall be appointed for terms of one year each. At the expiration of such terms, the terms of office of their successors shall be three years and all appointments to fill vacancies shall be for the unexpired term.

The Commissioners shall serve without compensation.
