A.ย 

Any and all usage of the second floor of the Blasdell Village Hall by persons or organizations, other than the Village Board, not directly connected with the Blasdell Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., shall be by written application through the Board of Directors of the Blasdell Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., or its representatives duly designated.

Applications for use shall be made not sooner than six months prior to the applied-for date of occupancy.

No personnel other than those authorized by the Fire Company shall be permitted behind the bar or in the kitchen at any time during the period of occupancy by the applicant.

Whenever given facilities are used by a caterer, a certificate of insurance demonstrating the caterer's coverage under workmen's compensation and public liability as well as a certificate of Article 13, Section 3 of the Erie County Sanitary Code shall be provided prior to the date of occupancy and covering the period of occupancy.

All exits are to be kept clear at all times, and the authorized maximum occupancy posted shall be strictly observed.

The grounds and building, including the demised premises, are to be kept clean and neat by the applicant, and the applicant will be responsible for any loss or damage to the demised premises and its equipment as well as the avenues of ingress and egress thereto.

The Fire Company will not be held responsible for any articles lost or stolen during the occupancy of the applicant.

The applicant assumes the responsibility for keeping and maintaining order while occupying the said premises, and all usage of said hall shall immediately terminate upon a violation of any law, the purpose of which is to preserve the public peace and good order, by the applicant or any person upon the premises.

All costs and damages resulting from the use by the occupant shall be a charge against the applicant and are to be defrayed in whole or in part by the security deposit hereinbefore set forth.

All garbage and trash shall be cleared by the applicant and placed in metal containers only and removed from the hall to the appointed place at the outside of the Municipal Building.
