The Town Board of the Town of Boston hereby establishes a unified Schedule
of Fees for the Town of Boston, which said Schedule may be adopted or amended
from time to time, by resolution of the Town Board; said Schedule of Fees
hereinafter adopted pursuant to this chapter and shall be entitled "Schedule
of Fees for the Town of Boston, New York." Same shall be filed at the time
of adoption, and upon any amendment thereof, in the office of the Town Clerk
of the Town of Boston.
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the Town of Boston from collecting
any fees or costs not contained on the aforesaid Schedule of Fees, provided
said cost or fee is authorized elsewhere in the Town Code of the Town of Boston
or imposed in any other manner allowed by law.
