The description of Sewer District No. 2 of the Town of Boston, Erie County, New York, is set forth as described in Schedule A hereto annexed.[1] Within said sewer district there are located residential living units comprised of single-family home and multifamily apartment units.

A. 
Pursuant to provisions of Article 14-F of the General Municipal Law, it is hereby enacted that the following sewer rents and assessments shall be established for property units within Sewer District No. 2, Town of Boston:
(1) 
For single-family residences, same shall be assessed on the basis of one unit for each such residence.
(2) 
For two-family or multiple-dwelling structures, the sewer rents and assessments shall be determined on the basis of 0.7 of one unit for each living unit contained within said dwelling structure.
(3) 
Vacant lots shall be assessed at the charge of 0.25 of one unit.
B. 
The sewer rents and assessments shall then be levied and collected on the basis of the total number of units within said Sewer District No. 2, as calculated in Subsection A aforesaid, prorated against the total amount of revenues annually determined to maintain and service said sewer district.
