The applicant shall not submit the final subdivision map to the Planning
Board until all the approvals required on the final subdivision development
application has been obtained from the designated officials.
Prior to approval of the final plat, such plat shall be submitted to
the Boston Town Board. The Town Board may make recommendations regarding the
final plat to the Planning Board.
The Planning Board shall compare the final plat with the approved preliminary
plat, and, if in agreement, the Planning Board shall call for a public hearing
within 30 days of submission of the plat for final approval. Said public hearing
shall be advertised in the newspaper of general circulation in the Town of
Boston at least five days before such hearing.

The final plat shall be approved or disapproved by the Planning Board
within 45 days from and after the time of the public hearing provided for
herein. Prior to approval, the Planning Board shall obtain input and recommendations
from the Town Engineer and the Highway Superintendent.
After the public hearing and upon approval of the final plat by the
Planning Board, two of the linen prints shall be forwarded to the authorized
representative of the Town Board, advising him of the approval and requesting
the signing of the plat. Thereafter, the plat shall be submitted to the Superintendent
of Highways of the Town of Boston, advising him of the approval and requesting
signing of the plat. Upon its return, the Chairman of the Planning Board shall
likewise sign the plat.
When the prints of the final plat have been signed, the Town Clerk shall
inform the applicant that he may pick up one signed linen print and proceed
to have said print recorded in the Erie County Clerk's office. The applicant
shall, upon filing of the plat, forward to the Town Board three copies of
the plat with the map cover number shown on said copies.
The final plat, as approved and stamped by the Supervisor, Superintendent
of Highways and the Planning Board must be filed and recorded in the Erie
County Clerk's office within 60 days of such written approval. In the
event that such plat is not filed within 60 days, the approval of such plat
shall be nullified.
