For the purposes of this chapter, the words used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.

The parking or standing of any vehicle in or at any point within the following described highways, at any time, is hereby prohibited:
A. 
Boston Cross Road, CR 190: On the south side, from the west side of Boston State Road westerly for a distance of 450 feet.
B. 
Boston Cross Road, CR 190: On the south side, from the east side of Boston State Road easterly for a distance of 550 feet.
C. 
Butternut Road: As located east of the Southern Expressway, commencing at its west terminal point and thence running easterly, including the entire cul-de-sac area, 300 feet.
D. 
Creekside Court: All of Town highway right-of-way known as "Creekside Court," shown in Map Cover 1928 filed in the Erie County Clerk's office, extending westerly from the westerly right-of-way of Rt. 391 and then northwesterly along said highway to a line extending southwesterly from the northwesterly corner of subdivision lot No. 51, Map Cover 1928, to the northeasterly corner of Subdivision Lot No. 57, Map Cover 1928, and a further area over the balance of the highway described as a twenty-foot-wide strip within the right-of-way along the perimeter of the circular turnaround or cul-de-sac.
E. 
Eiss Hill Road: As located west of the Southern Expressway, commencing at its east terminal point and thence running westerly, including the entire cul-de-sac area, 300 feet.
F. 
Heinrich Road: As located west of the Southern Expressway, commencing at its east terminal point and thence running westerly, including the entire cul-de-sac area, 300 feet.
G. 
Warner Road: As located west of the Southern Expressway, commencing at its east terminal point and thence running westerly, including the entire cul-de-sac area, 300 feet.
H. 
Serpentine Drive: All of Serpentine Drive located west of Chestnut Hill Road.
I. 
Zimmerman Road: On the north side, from the west side of Route 391 westerly for a distance of 100 feet.
Except as otherwise provided in this section, it shall be illegal for any truck, commercial vehicle, tractor-trailer combination with weight in excess of two tons per axle to be driven or operated upon Meadow Drive in the Town of Boston between Abbott Road and the Boston-Springville State Highway, except those trucks or commercial vehicles engaged in providing service to the residents of said Meadow Drive.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished by a fine not to exceed $250. Each day that such violation continues may be considered and constitute a separate violation.
