As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
ascribed to them herein:
MOTOR VEHICLE
All such vehicles as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the
State of New York, and in addition thereto, minibikes, mopeds, snowmobiles
and all other recreational vehicles.
PERSON
Any individual, partnership, unincorporated association or corporation.
TOWN
The Town of Boston, Erie County, New York.
No person shall, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. of one day and 7:00
a.m. of the next day, park, stand, store or cause to be parked any motor vehicle
owned or controlled by said person, firm or corporation upon any Town or Erie
County highway as enumerated in Schedule A, or any Town highway hereafter dedicated to the Town of Boston,
during the period of the year commencing with the first day of November until
the 31st day of March, both inclusive, of each year following the adoption
of this article.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be
guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished by a fine
not to exceed $250. Each day that such violation continues may be considered
and constitute a separate violation.
