All terms, conditions and provisions of a certain lease management contract entered into between Water District No. 1 of the Town of Boston and the Erie County Water Authority are hereby adopted in full as to any future installation of public water lines and services within Water District No. 1, as same now exists or any future extensions or additions thereto.

Connection and tap-in fees made within Water District No. 1, as same now exists or may be extended from time to time, shall be as fixed or amended from time to time by the Erie County Water Authority.

All future installations of waterlines and necessary connections required thereto shall comply in full with all plans and specifications as required by the original installation of Water District No. 1, which plans and specifications are now incorporated in the lease management contract and are on file with the Erie County Water Authority and the Town Clerk of the Town of Boston.
Before any future installation of waterlines shall be commenced within Water District No. 1 or within any addition or extension thereof, there shall be filed with the Town Board of the Town of Boston a map and, in the case of an approved subdivision,[1] a map cover prepared by a licensed surveyor, indicating and showing thereon the exact location of the proposed waterline within the right-of-way, the size of said line and the location of hydrants, together with a letter signifying the approval of said proposed installation by the Erie County Water Authority, the Superintendent of Highways and the Town Engineer of the Town of Boston. Applicants shall file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Boston six individual copies of said map plan or map cover, indicating thereon the waterline installation.

All waterlines shall be installed within a minimum of four feet from the highway right-of-way, and no installation or construction shall be commenced except upon approval of the Town Board of the Town of Boston by resolution of consent. The Town Board of the Town of Boston shall have the right to determine the dimensions or size of the waterline to be installed.
All installations of waterlines and all appurtenances thereto, according to the written approvals above referred to, shall be installed in strict compliance with the plans and specifications and be subject to inspection during installation by representatives of the Erie County Water Authority or of the Town of Boston, as may be designated.
