The Town Clerk or his or her designee is hereby designated as records access officer.
Records shall be available for inspection at the Town Hall during regular office hours.

Fees for copies of records shall be as set forth from time to time by resolution of the Town Board not in excess of nine inches by 14 inches, or the actual cost of reproduction of any other record, unless another fee is specifically prescribed by statute.
