In compliance with the requirements
of the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, known as the "Municipality Authorities
Act of 1945," as amended,[1] the City of Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania, desiring
to incorporate an Authority thereunder, does hereby certify:

The name of the Authority is "Bradford Sanitary
Authority."

B.
|
Said Authority is formed under the provisions
of the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.

C.
|
No other Authority organized under the Act of
May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended, or under the Act of June 28, 1935,
P.L. 463, as amended, or under the Act of June 5, 1947, P.L. 458,
as amended, is in existence in or for the incorporating municipality,
the City of Bradford, except that the City of Bradford, the County
of McKean and the Townships of Foster, Bradford and Lafayette and
the Borough of Lewis Run have jointly organized the Bradford District
Flood Control Authority and the City of Bradford has also organized
the Bradford Parking Authority and Bradford City Water Authority.

The name of the incorporating municipality is
City of Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania.

E.
|
The names and addresses of its municipal authorities
are as follows.[2]

F.
|
The Board of the Authority shall consist of
seven members, which members shall be appointed by the City Council
of the City of Bradford, the incorporating body. Any vacancies on
said Board which shall occur by reason of the death, resignation or
otherwise of any member shall likewise be filled by appointment by
the City Council.

The names, addresses and terms of office of
the first members of the Board of the Municipal Authority to be formed
hereby are as follows.[3]

Proof of publication of the advertisement of
notice of filing these Articles of Incorporation is submitted herewith.[4]
