There is hereby created for the City of Bradford a Vacant Property Review
Committee which shall have such powers and perform such functions as set forth
in Act of May 24, 1945 (P.L. 991), known as the "Urban Redevelopment Law of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania," and as the same may be amended from time
to time.[1]

The membership of the Vacant Property Review Committee shall consist
of the following:
The terms of office of the members of the Committee shall be as follows:
A.
One (1) member appointed from City Council and one (1)
member from the Redevelopment Authority shall be appointed to serve an initial
term of three (3) years.
B.
One (1) member appointed from City Council and one (1)
member appointed from the Redevelopment Authority shall be appointed to serve
an initial term of two (2) years.
C.
The members from the Planning Commission and the executive
branch of the city government shall be appointed to serve an initial term
of one (1) year.
D.
All subsequent appointments shall be for three-year terms,
and members shall serve until their replacements are qualified.
