It shall be unlawful for any person to operate
or ride or coast upon any skateboard upon any street, alley or sidewalk
or in any park or other public property in the City of Bradford.
Any person who shall violate any provision of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $10 or to imprisonment for not more than five
days, or both.
