All hawkers, vendors and peddlers within the City of Bradford shall
register with the Police Department of said city before the issuance of any
permit or before a license may be granted.
Before any person, firm or corporation or his or its representative
or agent shall establish himself or itself in hotel rooms or other places
for the taking of orders for goods, wares and merchandise sold by sample or
description and to be delivered at a future time, he or it shall register
with the Police Department of the City of Bradford on forms to be furnished
by said Department conformable hereto.
Such registration shall be without fee and shall be for a period of
not to exceed 30 days, which registration may be renewed upon request of the
applicant for further periods not exceeding 30 days each.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision hereof shall,
for each and every such violation, upon conviction before a District Justice,
be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25 and costs
of prosecution or to imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both. Each
day's violation of any provision of this Article shall constitute a separate
violation.
