The purpose of this district is to provide appropriate locations on arterial or collector streets to accommodate uses that serve the shopping and service needs of the surrounding community and that depend on larger sites and/or vehicular traffic to attract customers.
In the C-2 Community Commercial District, only the following uses are authorized:

In the C-2 Community Commercial District, all uses shall be subject to the following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express standards and criteria for the specific uses by special exception contained in Article XIII.

Maximum lot coverage: 75%.

Minimum front yard: 20 feet.
