At all regular and special elections held on a day other than the day of a regular or special state election, polls shall remain open for voting from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A. 
For the purposes of the regular and special Town elections, the Town of Stratford is divided into 10 districts. The boundaries of said districts shall be as set forth herein and shall continue to be the boundaries of the election districts in the Town until different boundaries are adopted in the manner set forth in the Charter of the Town of Stratford.
B. 
The election districts shall be as set forth in the census block assignment file which is based on the most recent United State Decennial Census information and which is attached hereto and made part hereof, which is incorporated by reference into this chapter.[1]
