[Adopted as Secs. 11-16 through 11-19 of
the 1963 Code]
There is hereby established a fund to be known
and designated as the "School Cafeteria Revolving Fund."
All funds appropriated by the Town Council to
the Board of Education for the purpose of establishing and operating
lunch services for public school children and for its employees, as
provided for by Section 10-215 of the Connecticut General Statutes,
Revision of 1958, shall be segregated from other funds appropriated
to the Board of Education and shall become a part of the School Cafeteria
Revolving Fund.
All receipts and income from the operations
of school cafeterias shall be deposited with the Town Treasurer and
shall immediately become a part of the School Cafeteria Revolving
Fund.
All expenditures for food, supplies, equipment
and necessary personnel shall be disbursed from the fund, upon presentation
to the Director of Finance of vouchers properly approved by the Board
of Education.
