§ A226-1 Fire District No. 1.

The territorial limits of Fire District No. 1 in the Township of Bridgewater, County of Somerset, commonly known as "Martinsville Fire District No. 1," being accepted by the Board of Fire Commissioners in August 1990, shall be as follows:
A. 
Beginning in the northwesterly extremity of Bridgewater Township in the line of Bedminster Township and Bernards Township, thence running southeasterly along the northerly boundary line of Bridgewater Township (being also the southerly boundary lines of Bernards Township and Warren Township) to the northeasterly corner of Bridgewater Township in Dock Watch Hollow; thence continuing along the boundary line of Bridgewater Township, southeasterly along the westerly boundary line of Warren Township to the center line of Mountain Avenue (Morning Glory Road); thence southwesterly along the center line of Mountain Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Woodland Terrace; § A226-2 Fire District No. 2.

The territorial limits of Fire District No. 2 in the Township of Bridgewater, County of Somerset, commonly known as "Bradley Gardens Fire District No. 2," being accepted by the Board of Fire Commissioners in July 1990, shall be as follows:
A. 
Beginning at the intersection of the Bridgewater Township boundary line with the Borough of Raritan and the center line of the Raritan River and running thence along the Bridgewater Township boundary line with the Borough of Raritan in a northerly direction to a point in Sycamore Avenue; thence still along the said Township boundary line in a northwesterly direction to the center line of the right-of-way of the Central Railroad of New Jersey; thence along the center line of said right-of-way in a northwesterly direction to the center line of State Highway Route 202; thence along the center line of said State Highway in a southwesterly direction to the center line of the North Branch of the Raritan River; thence along the same in its various courses and distances to its intersection with the South Branch of the Raritan River; thence along the Raritan River to the point and place of beginning.

§ A226-3 Fire District No. 3.

Beginning at a point formed by the intersection of the easterly line of Country Club Rod with the center line of N.J. Route 28 (Eastern Turnpike) and running thence southeasterly along the center line of N.J. Route 28 (Easton Turnpike) and West End Avenue, being also the municipal boundary between Bridgewater Township and the Borough of Raritan, to a point in the municipal boundary between Bridgewater Township and the Borough of Somerville; thence northerly and easterly along the municipal boundary between Bridgewater Township and Borough of Somerville to a point in the southeasterly corner of Lot 5, Block 5304, Bridgewater Township Tax Map; thence northerly along the easterly line of Lot 5, Block 5304 to a point in the westerly end of the division line between Lots 87 and 88, Block 5305; thence easterly along said division line between Lots 87 and 88, Block 5305, crossing Van Buren Street; The territorial limits of Fire District No. 4 in the Township of Bridgewater, County of Somerset, commonly known as "Finderne Fire District No. 4," being accepted by the Board of Fire Commissioners in February 1989, shall be as follows:
A. 
Beginning at a point in the westerly municipal boundary line between Bridgewater Township and the Borough of Bound Brook where it is intersected by the center line of U.S. Highway Route 22; thence southerly along the boundary line between Bridgewater Township and the Borough of Bound Brook to the southeasterly corner of Lot 26, Block 8206, as shown on Sheet 10 of the Tax Map of the Township of Bridgewater; thence westerly along the municipal boundary line between Bridgewater Township and the Borough of Bound Brook to the center line of Tea Street; thence northerly along the center line of Tea Street to the southerly line of U.S. Highway Route 22; thence westerly along the southerly line of U.S. Highway Route 22, 122.32 feet to a point; thence in a general southerly direction, 32 courses and distances to Talmage Avenue, as outlined in Ordinance No. 75-7, an ordinance effecting annexation by the Borough of Bound Brook of certain lands located in the Township of Bridgewater; § A226-6 Filing of map.  

The map entitled "Fire Districts, Township of Bridgewater, Somerset County, New Jersey," revised August 1989 and drawn to a scale of one inch equals 2,000 feet by the Bridgewater Township Engineer, said map approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners of each District, and said map which accompanies this chapter shall be filed by the Township Clerk with the record of this chapter.
