The territorial limits of Fire District No.
1 in the Township of Bridgewater, County of Somerset, commonly known
as "Martinsville Fire District No. 1," being accepted by the Board

of Bridgewater Township in the line of Bedminster Township and Bernards

line of Bridgewater Township (being also the southerly boundary lines

Township boundary line with the Borough of Raritan and the center
line of the Raritan River and running thence along the Bridgewater
Township boundary line with the Borough of Raritan in a northerly
direction to a point in Sycamore Avenue; thence still along the said
Township boundary line in a northwesterly direction to the center
line of the right-of-way of the Central Railroad of New Jersey; thence
along the center line of said right-of-way in a northwesterly direction
to the center line of State Highway Route 202; thence along the center
line of said State Highway in a southwesterly direction to the center
line of the North Branch of the Raritan River; thence along the same
in its various courses and distances to its intersection with the

drawn to a scale of one inch equals 2,000 feet by the Bridgewater
Township Engineer, said map approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners
of each District, and said map which accompanies this chapter shall
be filed by the Township Clerk with the record of this chapter.
