Notwithstanding any provision of this local law the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Ballston Spa may, from time to time, review and amend by resolution fee schedules or penalties for offenses hereafter.

Reimbursable costs and expenses incurred by the Village Board of Trustees, Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board or Enforcement Officer for private consultation fees or other extraordinary expenses in connection with the review of an application shall be charged to the applicant. Such costs shall be in addition to any fees prescribed herein.
