[Adopted 2-4-2002 by L.L. No. 2-2002 (Ch.
28 of the 1977 Code)]
New York State Town Law § 23(1) is
hereby superseded to provide that the Deputy Highway and Water Superintendent
of the Town of Canandaigua need not be a resident nor elector of the
Town of Canandaigua; provided, however, that such person shall reside
in the County of Ontario or an adjoining county thereof.
