Any and all development under this Article XII
shall be subject to the Affordable Housing Development Fees as set forth in Section 21-86. Notwithstanding the foregoing, development pursuant to the terms of the settlement agreement and supplemental agreement within the zoning district and eligible for the PUD-Mt. Laurel Option under Article XII
may pay a fee of $29,269 per lower income unit, in lieu of construction of the 205 affordable housing units which comprise the developer's lower-income housing requirement thereunder.
