The Planning Board of Falmouth shall consist
of seven (7) members to be elected as provided in MGL C. 41, § 81A.

The duties of such Board shall be such as are
stated in MGL C. 41, §§ 81B to 81GG, inclusive, and
further to consider and advise upon municipal improvements either
at the request of other officials, departments, committees of the
Town, or upon its own initiative.

Terms of elected members shall be for three
(3) consecutive years.
